What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Office Assistant position at Central Lakes Property Services?
Dynamic, energetic part time office assistant needed immediately to organize, manage and oversee everyday tasks for busy owner of multiple small businesses. Individual must have superior organizational skills, ability to multi-task and the willingness to learn new things. Reliable transportation is a must. Duties include, but not limited to, assisting with daily paperwork, keeping company records up to date, filing, answering phone calls and general assistance with owner's daily tasks. Approx. 10 - 15 hours per week with potential for more. Hours may vary but no nights or weekends.
