HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Detox LADC must meet the same qualifications of Minnesota Statute, 245G11, Subd.5. The program is licensed by MN Department of Human Services, under Rule 32 and 245F. Under this position, the typical duties consist of:
Provide clinical screening to admitted clients, following 245F statutes.
Complete or provide referral for chemical use assessment.
Provide appropriate referrals for services based on screening and/or assessment.
Provide client education as outlined in statute.
Provide individual and group support to clients.
Complete DAANES admission and discharge.
Case Management Duties for clientele.
Complete all annual, bi-annual, and required training for licensure, 245F and agency.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Bachelor’s degree in chemical health or related human services field or exempt under MN Statutes 148F.
Licensed as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor according to Minnesota Statutes, chapter 148C.
Clear DHS background study
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

Salary : $56,000 - $66,000
