HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Crisis Program Supervisor leads an innovative mental health program that is changing the way crisis services are delivered in Minnesota. The Program Supervisor will supervise, guide, and train residential crisis staff. This position is also responsible for assuring compliance with all rules and regulations related to residential crisis services.
- Meet with staff to provide feedback on documentation as needed
- Supervises crisis staff teaching new skills when necessary
- Monitors and assists with referral and intake processes and ensures admission criteria are met for all approved admissions.
- Assist in the training and tracking of new employees regarding policy, procedure, and clinical application
- Manages day to day functions of the residential unit.
- Completes compliance and quality assurance related tasks.
