Summary: Provide customer service support to district employees by delivering accurate and timely advice on Payroll concerns. Compiles processes and maintains employee pay records.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Filing quarterly tax and pension reports.
- Assisting and filing annual W-2 and 1095-C forms
- Working collaboratively in a department and with Human Resources for Health Benefits and Disability Concerns
- Run bi-monthly payroll
- Handle all aspects of employee pay concerns, including earnings, witholdings, deductions and all related compensation elements.
- Answer questions and resolve issues from schools and staff, especially as related to pay.
