Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise and interpersonal skills to support our team and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely payment for all employees.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate front desk activities, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support for team management.
  • Utilize Paychex for tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures to improve workflow.
  • Assist in schedule management for meetings, appointments, and events.

Experience

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Paychex and other office software applications.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and budgeting practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.41 - $19.93 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
