Desired Qualifications
In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.
Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):
Grade 22: $159,363 - $209,688
Grade 23: $183,300 - $241,300
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.

Our Maintenance And Work Control Team Is Seeking a Maintenance Integration Manager Who Will Be Responsible For, But Not Limited To The Following:
- Leadership and direction to successfully integrate maintenance activities, resources, and training associated with assigned facilities in support of CPCCo company objectives and mission.
- Management of the CPCCo Maintenance Managers that are matrixed to operational field teams along with direct deployment of supervisors and craft personnel.
- Ensure requirements are met and all maintenance activities adhere to the applicable Department of Energy (DOE) orders/directives and best management practices, while maximizing safety and efficiency.
- Establishes and maintains clear lines of communication across organizations and provides the interface necessary to ensure activities are progressing as scheduled.
- Provide expert maintenance guidance and problem-solving expertise to resolve and prevent problems. Understand and improve performance through self-assessment and incorporation of feedback.
- Manager Grade 22 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 12 years of relevant experience
- Manager Grade 23 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 14 years of relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of DOE O433.1B Maintenance Management Program for DOE Nuclear Facilities and ability to apply graded approach
- Extensive knowledge as well as direct experience with union personnel
- Experience leading and managing customer interface (including DOE, DOE HQ, DNFSB)
- The ability to lead others and influence change
