Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule and confirm client appointments
- Maintain and update client records and files
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Assist with insurance verification and paperwork
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the practice
Experience
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry and office management practices.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
