We are seeking a Director of Rehab for a Travel/Permanent position in MD. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.
Location: Salisbury, MD 21804
Pay Rate: $60,000 plus /year
Duration: Full time
Shift: 8:00 AM : 4:30 PM
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs for the department.
- Supervise and provide leadership to rehab staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Manage departmental budget, resources, and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting. 2 years of DOR experience ideal.
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid state and therapist license (PT, OT, or SLP) and proven experience in rehabilitation management. "Required"
