Pay Rate: $60,000 (higher based on education and experience)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Lakeside At Mallard Landing is seeking a dedicated Director of Rehab to oversee rehabilitation services and ensure high-quality care for residents. This leadership role involves managing therapy programs, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, an effective leader, and passionate about improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy
- Supervise and support rehab staff, including therapists and assistants
- Develop, implement, and monitor patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for patient care and facility records
- Provide training and ongoing education to rehab staff
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize patient care and facility operations
- Monitor department budgets, staffing needs, and resource allocation
- Active licensure as a PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP in Maryland.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in rehab or 1 year of experience in leadership role.
