Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated RN Unit Manager to oversee and manage nursing operations on the unit. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, leading and mentoring nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. You will serve as a leader in the clinical setting, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and work closely with patients and their families to deliver exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of a specific unit within a healthcare facility, including supervising nursing staff and coordinating patient care.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient care needs, and ensure that appropriate interventions and treatments are provided.
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Must have 1-2 years of experience in SNF and Rehab.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
