- Shift: 8hr Eve; Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $600- $640
- Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility support, including transfers, repositioning, and ambulation assistance.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse.
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
- Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
- Experience: Must have worked in an HHA role within the past two years.
- Certifications: Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required).
- Must be eligible to work for a home health agency certified or licensed by the New York State.
- Ability to provide care for multiple patients based on the assigned care plan.
- Candidates outside a 50-mile radius qualify for travel pay.
