Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive health services for the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services .
We are currently seeking a full-time Mental Health Director (Clinical Psychologist) for our Substance Use Disorder Unit. This position will serve our pre-trial facilities and will be based in Baltimore, Maryland .
Qualifications
- Active Maryland clinical psychologist license required
- PhD in Psychology or PsyD required
- Must hold certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor
- Must be able to manage staff and patients served with the unit / program
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Three to five years’ experience in a progressive supervisory or management position in an outpatient / inpatient substance abuse program
- Two years’ experience providing direct care in a community or correctional substance abuse program
