Key Responsibilities :
Project Management :
Oversee the daily operations of custom home construction projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and according to specifications.
Collaborate with the project manager, architects, designers, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Ensure the construction schedule is followed and make adjustments as necessary to meet project deadlines.
Team Coordination :
Supervise and direct on-site construction workers, subcontractors, and other tradespeople to ensure efficient and effective performance.
Conduct daily briefings with the crew and ensure tasks are prioritized according to project milestones.
Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise on-site in a timely and professional manner.
Quality Control :

Documentation & Reporting :
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and job site conditions.
