- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and negotiations to ensure favorable terms for both the company and tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of property performance, tenant interactions, and financial transactions.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and improvements in a timely manner.
