What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Real Estate Office Assistant/Transaction Coordinator position at River Realty CSRA, LLC?
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to help facilitate the everyday duties of a real estate office.
This role requires a person who is a ‘Thinker and a Doer’, is solutions-oriented, and able to multi task.
You should be dependable, flexible, have a great attitude and possess good written and verbal skills.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft office, Flex/MLS and Dotloop (or similar software). You should be familiar with a transaction management system.
Be able to create timelines and follow up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met and contingencies are released.
Maintain accurate and compliant files.
You should possess a Real Estate License and have Knowledge of current real estate forms.
