What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at CENTURY 21 Select Real Estate?
Century 21 Select is seeking a tech savvy, detail-oriented candidate willing to work 20-25 hours per week to help our Clearlake and Hidden Valley Lake offices. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently.
Schedule: part-time, Monday through Friday, 4-5-hour shift.
Starting wage: $18.00-$20.00 per hour depending upon education, experience, and qualifications.
What you would be doing in this role:
- Greet Customers
- Answer Phones
- Perform data entry and file management tasks
- Maintain positive relationships and communication with realtors, team members, clients, tenants, owners, and company departments
What we’d like you to bring:
- Recent real estate experience a plus.
- Current CA Real Estate license and Certified Notary Republic (must be willing to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to generate a feeling of trust and confidence and establish and maintain effective relationships as necessitated by work assignments. Strives for continuous improvement and accepts constructive feedback to improve service.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail
