Role Description
As a full-time on-site role, the Facilities Manager at The Club at Prescott Lakes plays a crucial part in maintaining our club's high standards. The successful candidate will oversee the club facilities' maintenance and operation, manage maintenance staff, coordinate repairs and renovations, manage the indoor and outdoor pool and housekeeping, ensure compliance with safety regulations (safety committee), and maintain a clean and functional environment for members and staff.
Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of facility management principles and practices
- Experience in overseeing maintenance and routine maintenance practices
- Ability to manage and supervise a small team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Lead safety team to ensure regulations and procedures are followed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with associates in all departments
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Preferred CPO licensed. Strong pool and spa knowledge
