Channel Development Manager
Job Summary:
The Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence. This role involves aligning with the company’s strategic initiatives to strengthen partnerships and leverage partner networks to achieve mutual business success.
Manager to drive the growth of our Strategic Partnership Engagement team. This role is crucial for building mind share and accelerating AWS adoption across strategic business partners. You’ll engage with C-suite executives and field sales reps, building high-impact relationships and delivering on revenue and adoption goals across market segments.
What You’ll Do:
Lead strategic initiatives with global partners, influencing sales outcomes and enhancing AWS’s market presence.
Partner across AWS teams to drive growth through enablement, practice development, and joint business planning.
Build and optimize operational processes, report performance metrics, and deliver insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners. Serve as the main point of contact for partner-related business.
- Strategic Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to enhance the company’s channel ecosystem.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing reports and insights to measure impact and inform strategy adjustments.
- Training and Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs to educate partners on Century Solutions Group products and services, ensuring partners are well-equipped to represent the brand.
- Joint Business Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, set sales targets, and execute co-marketing initiatives.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the internal sales team to align strategies and support partner-led deals.
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect partner feedback to identify challenges, improve processes, and drive continuous enhancement of partner programs.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to coordinate go-to-market strategies and achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in channel partner management or related roles in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing partner relationships.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, SaaS products, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management platforms.
