Residential Sales Associate / Estimator

Our Spartanburg, SC location is growing and is seeking a Residential Estimator to join our family team. Overview:

• Provide painting solutions to homeowners through in-house and remote consultative selling discussions
• Most leads are provided but some self-generated leads are expected
• Flexible work schedule; Saturday mornings and evenings only as requested
• Nationwide network of 400 estimators with whom to confer
• Vast training and support tools
• Must be detail oriented to translate customer expectations to production execution
  
  

Benefits/Compensation:

• Company vehicle
• iPhone, iPad and laptop
• Base salary ($30,000), plus commissions and bonus
• Excellent training and resources provided
• Estimated full year compensation $60,000 - $75,000
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Build customer relationships by focusing on implementing CertaPro Painters proven processes
• Provide on-site and remote one-on-one customer consultations
• Create a customized and detailed estimate for customers based on their needs
• Engage in ongoing customer communications until the job is completed
• Ensure the brand has a local presence through tactics such as lawn signs, door hangers, home shows, and other community events
• Participation in Regional or National training conferences/meetings
• Prepare weekly analysis of results in preparation for meetings with manager
  
  

Qualifications:

• High School diploma is required; two-year degree is preferred
• Prior sales experience as in-home sales within the construction or painting industry is a plus
• Driver’s License with clean driving record is required
• Proficient with current technology
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Goal oriented, organized and energetic
• Project, time management, and problem-solving skills
