About the Role
As a Commercial Flooring Estimator, you’ll analyze digital blueprints and create detailed and accurate quantity takeoffs using MeasureSquare flooring software. Whether you have prior experience or are eager to learn, we provide the necessary training for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
- Review and analyze digital blueprints to prepare precise material takeoffs
- Use MeasureSquare software to create accurate estimates according to company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to clarify project details
- Organize and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Work with computer-based estimating tools and software
What We’re Looking For
âś… Experience: Open to experienced estimators or those willing to learn
âś… Location: Must be based in Atlanta or the Metro Atlanta area
âś… Skills & Traits:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency with computers; experience with MeasureSquare is a plus
