- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages

- Coordinate projects and assist with office management duties
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Handle real administrative tasks as needed
- Type and transcribe documents as required
Skills:
