Responsibilities
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
· Recruiting entry level and/or high volume positions for client base.
· Collaborate with clients to develop a solid understanding of department culture and position requirements, including skills and background required for the position.
· Support full life-cycle recruitment for client groups in accordance with operating procedures and best practices including sourcing and selection.
· Participate in career fairs, college fairs and other recruiting events which match the key skills/competencies that are required for candidate matrix/pool.
· Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified candidates.
· Organize and execute college recruitment programs.
· Review resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with clients.
· Inform candidates fully about the job and company.
· Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews.
· Verify references (when required/needed).
· Conduct background checks (when required/needed).
· Facilitate pre-employment testing (when required).
· Manage all communication with candidates.
· Provide regular updates and feedback to Recruitment Manager.
· Utilize applicant tracking system (Applicant Pool).
· Keep all documentation current in Applicant Pool to correspond with where candidates are in the recruitment/hiring process daily.
· Update current applicant data base (Matrix).
· Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends.
· Extend offers of employment within company procedures.
· Manage the job offer including negotiation and administration.
· Upon acceptance of employment offer, initiate onboarding email to candidate.
· Coordinate candidate new hire information to include candidate email with assignment and payroll instructions prior to candidate start.
· Verify new hire start, complete employee onboarding process and set up of employee file in CertiTemp file on G drive.
· As soon as new hire is assigned payroll number, email new hire employee self-serve information.
· All other tasks and duties assigned by Recruiting Manager to continue successful recruiting operation.
· Create and maintain a LinkedIn profile.
