Certus Healthcare Management is seeking a Human Resources Director to join our team at Heritage Village of Waterville!
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to take the next step in their career into a HR Director role. Starting negotiable salary for this opportunity is $55,000.
Typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday with a weekend manager on duty rotation. Typical times at the community are 8:30am to 5pm but there is some flexibility in start and end time based on needs of the community and how you feel you can best serve the employees in the facility!

We are looking for someone with:
- Knowledge of Human Resources
- Prior experience in HR in Long Term Care is preferred
- A bachelor’s in human resources
This position is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who has knowledge of HR in a Long-Term Care Environment. We are looking for this person to assist with PBJ, payroll, and day to day HR functions within our community and overall create a positive environment.
