Job Summary
Job Description
- Client and Partner Communication : Serve as the primary contact for clients, consortium partners, and
- internal team members.
- Project Monitoring and Control : Monitor and control project progress to ensure milestones and
- deliverables are met. (update Schedules ? MS Project or P6 etc.)
- Progress Reporting : Prepare and present progress reports to the clients and internal stakeholders on a
- regular and timely basis.
- Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks promptly.
- Time and Cost Management : Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
- Interface Management : Oversee the management of project interfaces between various disciplines
- and stakeholders.
- Meeting Attendance : Attend contract clarification meeting, weekly, and monthly meetings to ensure
- project alignment.
- Sales Collaboration : Work collaboratively with the Sales Director to align project objectives with
- business goals.
- Managing Secured Projects : Lead and manage already secured projects, ensuring successful execution
- and client satisfaction.
- Commercial Management : Depending on the situation, may also be required to manage or directly
- perform commercial management tasks, including invoicing and claims processes.
- Multiple Project Management : Be prepared to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
