The wage range for this position is $215,000-250,000 per year. Compensation is determined based on factors such as Experience, Qualifications, and Internal equity.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Design and execute transformative HR strategies that align with the company’s vision and growth objectives, driving innovation and achieving competitive advantage through people-centric initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, delivering actionable insights on workforce optimization, succession planning, organizational agility, and leadership development to shape the organization’s future.
- Champion corporate culture initiatives through the Culture Committee, embedding an entrepreneurial spirit into organizational practices to enhance employee engagement, representation, and retention.
- Lead the strategic implementation of affirmative action plans, ensuring they are not only compliant but also integral to fostering an equitable workplace that drives organizational excellence.
- Collaborate with leadership to cultivate a resilient, high-performance culture that encourages innovation, continuous improvement, and alignment with business priorities.
- Develop a forward-looking talent acquisition framework that attracts and nurtures industry-leading talent, with a focus on building agile, high-performing teams equipped to meet evolving business demands.
- Establish and oversee advanced performance management and leadership development systems that drive accountability, foster continuous learning, and support long-term career progression.
- Optimize the design and delivery of compensation, benefits, and wellness programs to align with strategic business goals, ensuring these initiatives drive employee satisfaction and organizational performance.
- Lead initiatives related to the Compensation Committee, driving strategic decisions on executive compensation, incentive plans, and pay equity to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and market competitiveness.
- Architect innovative employee experience strategies that position the company as an employer of choice, enhancing engagement, reducing attrition, and driving a positive organizational climate.
- Continuously evaluate and modernize HR policies and frameworks to promote organizational agility, compliance, and a culture that embraces entrepreneurial thinking and strategic resilience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or related advanced degree a plus.
- 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
- Demonstrated success in a senior HR leadership role, with a proven ability to lead transformative HR initiatives that align with organizational goals in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
- Expertise in strategic workforce planning, talent optimization, organizational design, and change leadership.
- Strong strategic thinking and influence skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across executive leadership and broader organizational teams.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law, affirmative action compliance, and HR best practices, with an ability to integrate these into strategic initiatives.
- Advanced analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a focus on leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and meaningful connections across all levels of the organization.
