ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Loan Operations Quality Control Specialist will be primarily responsible for conducting a thorough secondary review of all loan maintenance activities processed within the department.
- Reviewing new loan input.
- Assessing modifications and renewals.
- Verifying miscellaneous maintenance changes, including rate adjustments, coding updates, escrow changes, and payment schedule modifications.
- Evaluating any other various loan changes as requested.
- Additionally, the Loan Operations Quality Control Specialist will provide valuable support by assisting with various department projects as needed.
- 57 years of banking experience, specifically in commercial lending, demonstrating a strong understanding of lending processes and regulations.
- An indepth knowledge of commercial loan documentation, with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance.
- Prior experience in loan operations and/or loan maintenance, enabling you to navigate the intricacies of loan processing efficiently.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, providing a foundation of basic educational qualifications.
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles, aiding in your comprehension of loanrelated financial concepts.
- Proficiency in computer software, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to several internal programs used for loan maintenance.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with both internal team members and external customers.
- The ability to think proactively, multitask, and work independently without constant supervision.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
