Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by providing workforce solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of staffing services, strong sales skills, and the ability to create and implement effective business strategies.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Set up meetings and presentations to introduce staffing solutions to clients.
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base and increase revenue.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals successfully.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent business growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Act as a strategic partner, providing workforce solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfilment of client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide seamless staffing services.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Reporting & Strategy:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Participate in strategy discussions and contribute ideas for business growth.
Requirements:
- Around 2-3 years of working experience in the staffing/recruitment industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or any related field (preferred).
Skills:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of staffing industry trends and market dynamics.
