Title: Associate Finance / Administrator
Location: McLean, VA 22102 (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visit Virginia office twice a week and share the mails with respective stakeholders
2. Deposit checks at the bank and maintain office records
3. Co-ordinate with Vendors, tax consultants, govt. departments clients HR, Admin and IT team as and when required.
4. Assist the HR and Immigration teams with associate onboarding and visa-related matters
5. Support the IT team with inventory management and upkeep of IT assets.
