The Specialist is an integral part of the client success team and is ultimately the proprietor of his/her book of accounts and responsible for the ongoing management, growth and success of those accounts. This position’s primary focus is on data analysis and execution across paid search accounts.

Effectively manage day-to-day execution and optimization of search marketing campaigns for client accounts
- Develop comprehensive search marketing campaigns.
- Monitor, implement and recommend client budgets and bid adjustments to achieve client defined goals and objectives
- Generate ad hoc analysis for client accounts
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the paid search channel and ad types
- Develop an understanding of each client’s business in order to customize search marketing strategy plans and further evolve the program
- Exhibit proficiency and technical skills in Excel, SEM
- Monitor client, competitor, and industry changes
- Stay current on industry news, best practices and trends
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Daily utilization of reporting, analytics, and trend tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, GA4 a plus
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for client presentations.

- Managed Larger Budgets: Experience in managing significant budgets and ensuring effective allocation.
- Testing Frameworks: Ability to develop and execute creative testing roadmaps for performance optimization.
- Emerging Platforms: Proficiency with new and emerging platforms to provide clients with innovative opportunities.
- Budgeting Skills: Precision in managing budgets, pacing spend effectively, and reallocating funds as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience in digital advertising
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business or related field
- Must be results driven, enjoy problem-solving and passionate about being challenged
- Possess and demonstrate the ability to think analytically
- Strong quantitative analysis and reporting skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Google Ads and Bing/Microsoft Ads.
- Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads or SA360 certification a plus
- Solid proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for in-depth analysis, client-facing reports, and presentations
- Ability to prioritize and strategize based on client goals
