Description : About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Paid Search Specialist to manage and optimize our ad campaigns across a variety of platforms. This role is key in shaping the advertising strategy of TelyRx, and you will have significant responsibility for campaign performance and budget management. You will not only handle campaigns on established platforms such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, YouTube, MNTN, and TikTok, but also lead the charge in expanding our reach into emerging platforms like Snapchat, Criteo, Pinterest, Post Pilot, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign strategy development : Work closely with the marketing team to build comprehensive advertising strategies that drive conversions and customer engagement across multiple platforms.
- Cross-platform ad management : Manage paid ad campaigns on both established platforms (Google, Microsoft, Meta, YouTube, MNTN, TikTok) and emerging platforms (Snapchat, Criteo, Pinterest, Post Pilot, LinkedIn).
- Performance optimization : Conduct detailed performance analysis using A / B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Ad creative collaboration : Work with designers to develop visually compelling and engaging ad content that aligns with platform-specific best practices.
- Ad budget management : Oversee advertising spend across platforms, ensuring budgets are utilized efficiently to meet strategic objectives.
- Explore new ad opportunities : Continuously assess and experiment with new ad platforms and technologies, evaluating their potential for long-term inclusion in the advertising mix.
- Reporting and insights : Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improving ad performance.
