Who We Want
Has primary responsibility for monitoring up to 1,000 Ton Automatic presses ensuring quality stampings are produced per the Challenge Manufacturing Quality Standards, production orders and engineering specifications. Performs necessary quality checks, records information in PLEX (Enterprise Resource Planning system - ERP) and performs general utility work to meet work schedule.
When And Where
This position is for 1st shift / 6:00AM - 2:30PM Mon-Fri, located at our Richmond, KY location.

What You Need To Have
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal workplace instructions.
- Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience (required).
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Metal stamping, lock out/tag out, and press operating experience (preferred).
