What You Will Be Accountable For
- Manage the preparation, submission, and renewal of complex license applications independently to ensure compliance with jurisdiction regulations across all Walgreens business units.
- Research and review jurisdiction regulations and business practices at all levels to meet licensing requirements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Collaborate with Licensing leadership, business partners, and service providers to understand and fulfill business needs, addressing issues through negotiation and experience.
- Use independent judgment to identify and resolve issues proactively, while supporting internal and external audits.
- Train, coach, and mentor Licensing team members, providing assistance with application processes and jurisdiction requirements.
- Represent Licensing internally and externally, interfacing with jurisdictions and escalating complex issues as needed.
- High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in an office environment.
- Experience interpreting and processing business-related forms (e.g., mortgage documents, insurance forms).
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, meeting quality standards, and evaluating satisfaction.
- Experience communicating both verbally and in writing to various audiences, including workgroups, teams, management, and external licensing agencies.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Word (e.g., document editing, formatting, spell check, and printing functions).
