Description
Support team in organization, tracking down, uploading various licenses / working through some "backlog" tasks
Renewing various licenses- can also serve as backup to administrative team who handles physical mail, scanning licenses, supporting closing stores, etc.
Works independently to prepare and submit complex license applications, meeting the requirements of licensing jurisdictions.
Effectively and regularly communicates with Licensing leadership and business partners to understand goals and achieve objectives.
Represents Licensing internally to business partners and externally to licensing jurisdictions, resolving issues using negotiation and experience.
Demonstrates independent judgment and critical thinking to proactively identify issues, appreciate operational impacts, and report on findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Provides guidance by training, coaching, or mentoring other Licensing team members.
Meet the requirements of various licensing jurisdictions.
Handle negotiation, contract development, budgeting, legal assistance, and proofreading.
Review and process new applications (paper and online) in the License Pro system.
Work with the License Pro system to manage licensing processes.
Review and process new license applications, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Oversee license renewals and related project work.
Qualifications :
Highly Organized and Motivated (tasks can become tedious)
Strong Communication skills
Continuous Improvement Mindset
Background : Licensing - Healthcare, Retail, etc.
Skills in Data Analysis helpful
Licensing experience, including license renewals and project work, is mandatory.
Project Management Skills (helpful)
Attention to detail.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Technical Certification Bonus : Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
