Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Special Events Coordinator to set up and execute various events. The Special Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the expectations of clients and guests.
Duties
- Set up and execute all Champagne Beverage Company sponsored events.
- Facilitate all sponsored events; Coordinate on site activities with event promoters to maximize CBC brands.
- Champagne Beverage Company liaison and on site contact for all fairs and festivals.
- Attend all major sponsored events.
- Ability to work draft lines.
- Other Duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Obey Company safety rules.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and nights.
- Maintain courteous/ professional relationship with customers.
- Familiarity with catering services and banquet operations is preferred.
- Self-Starter ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to bend, and squat repetitively
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to lift up to 175 lbs.
- Ability to tow trailers and large vehicles.
- Ability to push/ pull a handcart.
