Job Title: Quality Control Inline Code Inspector
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Summary: Inspect Homes to ensure that they are built to Code, they are PFS approved, and have a good quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Inspect Daily for quality, appearance, and code items. This is done on line in varying stations.
- Mark areas of home that need repair or additional work. Call Supervisors to come repair any issues. Red Tag Homes if they need fixed off line before shipment.
- Re-Inspect homes that need more serious repairs
- Keep a daily LINE WALK log to help identify repeats for the Plant Manager and QC Manager.
- Log in the CCI items from the PFS write ups and email the report out as needed.
- Copy RTS pictures over into the Shingle Inspections need done at least once a week. M: drive every week. Cover RTS as needed.
- Shingle Inspections need done at least twixw a week.

Education and/or Experience
High School degree or G.E.D. and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands : While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
