Duties

- Oversee inventory management processes to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and increase efficiency in shipping operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations by enforcing OSHA standards within the shipping department.
- Coordinate heavy lifting and materials handling tasks while ensuring proper techniques are utilized.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth logistics operations and resolve any issues that arise.
- Monitor equipment maintenance needs and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.
Qualifications
