As a Plumbing Channel Manager, you will play a key role in converting leads into sales, following up on service calls initiated by our Plumbing Service Techs. You will work closely with our technicians to offer homeowners the best plumbing solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a commission-based role that offers high earning potential; Earn $200,000-$300,000 annually with opportunities for growth within the company. Key Responsibilities :

• Follow up on service calls and leads generated by Plumbing Service Techs to close sales for plumbing repairs, upgrades, and installations.
• Conduct thorough home assessments and provide expert recommendations for plumbing services and system improvements.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of various plumbing solutions to customers, addressing any concerns or questions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and best practices to offer the best solutions to homeowners.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the plumbing team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
