- Resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring excellent service while adhering to policies.
Minimum qualifications:
- One (1) year experience in health care setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to compose letters, reports, policies and protocols.
- Proficient managing calendar schedules
- Demonstrated ability to communicate data or information to others.
