Medical Administrative Assistant

Seeking a highly organized administrative assistant! If you excel at onboarding providers, managing patient concerns, coordinating event logistics, and juggling multiple schedules-all while staying up to date on policies and effectively communicating changes to the team-we want you! A strong background in Power Point design is a plus!

Pay: $21.00-$24.24

Duties:

• Coordinate complex calendars, prioritize appointments, and streamline daily operations
• Oversee new Provider setup, including system access, training, and equipment
• Organize, summarize, and distribute clear meeting notes, ensuring follow-up tasks are well-documented
• Plan and execute in-person meetings, managing venues, schedules, attendees, meeting minutes, catering, and technology needs
• Resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring excellent service while adhering to policies.

Experience and Skills:

Minimum qualifications:

• One (1) year experience in health care setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to compose letters, reports, policies and protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate data or information to others.
