Job Description:


The TEMP Administrative Assistant provides administrative clerical support for up to 3 months. This position is responsible for the daily mail distribution and processing (incoming, outgoing mail, interoffice mail and packages). The Administrative Assistant is in charge of the Auburn site office supplies and administrative equipment inventory.

Administrative Assistant

  • Receive, stamp and distribute all incoming mail, interoffice mail and messages for all departments.
  • Responsible for daily mail, internally and externally
  • Maintain supply rooms and employee break areas.
  • Monitor the incoming and outgoing of Agency vehicles.
  • Collect and verify cash & payments from clinic PSR and Rx staff daily as per Fiscal Cash Receipts policy.
  • Provide executive assistant support for the CAO including calendar support and special projects.

Required Experience:


Qualifications:

  • One year experience in administrative office environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and internet research skills.
  • Ability to operate multi-line phone system.
  • Demonstrated ability to take clear/concise messages, both verbally and written.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently managing multiple projects

** Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID - 19 vaccine before date of hire to be considered for employment. This includes the booster shot, when eligible.
