We are seeking an energetic, detail oriented, and driven Marketing Manager for Nick’s Famous Roast Beef. Serving the North Shore community for 50 years, Nick’s Roast Beef is famous across New England for its delicious sandwiches and deep community ties.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for entrepreneurship, business strategy, efficient operations, and customer service. This role requires someone who can roll-up their sleeves to grow the brand and run in-store and digital marketing for a fast-paced business, while also working on projects across operations, strategic planning, finance, and people management.
To ensure strong sales, the Marketing Manager will manage the presentation of the restaurant and ongoing marketing campaigns. To shape the future direction of the brand, they will explore new growth opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Serve as Marketing Manager of the company reporting into the owners
- Support day-to-day marketing operations, including restaurant presentation, brand logo and signage design, promotions and seasonal campaigns, digital marketing and website design, merchandising, and much more
- Develop and manage a marketing plan and budget ensuring strong sales
- Identify new opportunities for growth
- Continuously evaluate and improve the customer experience
- Design and execute on brand and marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and the local community
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to details and drive to ensure day-to-day marketing excellence
- Willingness to learn and lead grow a highly successful business with lots of loyal customers
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, and/or hospitality preferred (experience in food service is a plus, but not required)
- Experience managing and leading teams is a plus
- Strong business acumen and marketing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality and entrepreneurship
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range of $50,000 to $75,000 based on experience
