Experienced Automotive Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities :
- Be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service
- Properly and promptly meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and / or service of their vehicle
- Draft repair orders to the technicians based on meetings with our customers
- Prepare complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Prioritize required services and offer options
- Set and manage the expectations of the service delivery for both the customers and technicians
- Work with service technicians and customers to order needed parts and stay updated on order status to schedule follow up once the parts have arrived
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and continuously keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion times
- Reconcile the customers final invoice with the work performed on the repair order
