Staffing Coordinator
Chariton Park Health Care Center, LLC is located in Salisbury, MO is in search of an experienced Staffing Coordinator! This position will coordinate staffing for nursing, as needed throughout the facility. This includes receiving and promptly acting on requests for staff on a daily basis. This position works closely with the management team as well as the frontline staff employees to provide adequate coverage in the facility.

Experience:
- Two or more years of administrative/clerical experience. Staffing experience is a must.
- CNA, CMT certification preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
