Founded in 1980, they are a leader in the industry, providing Commercial, Education, Sports & Recreation, Multi-family, Government, Hospitality and Sustainable Construction (LEED) sectors, with the best construction management services. Our client is a negotiated Construction Manager, 90% of their work is for repeat clients and referrals.

The Role:
Our client is looking for an Estimator with 4 years’ experience. Our client wants the chosen individual to eventually become the Senior Estimator, which makes this a great opportunity for individuals that want to progress and step into a senior position. Senior Candidates are also welcome, to step straight into the role of Senior Estimator.
Experience in ground up construction, renovations, site work etc is favourable.
Our client does little to no self-perform work, 95% of the role is to solicit and manage bidders, and analyse subcontractor estimates along with completing schematic and 50% design budgets.
