Facility Assistant
Over jouw rol:
Als facility assistant draag je zorg voor een goed verloop van de logistieke processen van begin tot eind van leveranciers en koeriers tot en met de afvalverwerking. Je komt te werken in een internationaal bedrijf met collega’s van over de hele wereld op een mooie plek in Groningen (Universiteit campus).
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de bestellingen en je zorgt dat het magazijn juist gevuld is. Je collega’s mogen niet misgrijpen en het magazijn is helder en overzichtelijk ingericht. De bestellingen die jij hebt ingezet neem je aan bij binnenkomst en je zorgt ervoor dat ze op de juiste plek terecht komen. Soms is het van belang dat je binnengekomen producten moet registreren. Ook schroom je niet om de telefoon te pakken wanneer er iets mis ging met een bestelling.
Services en onderhoud worden op onze site door externe bedrijven uitgevoerd. Jij ontvangt en begeleidt deze leveranciers en monteurs naar de juiste persoon of locatie.
Tenslotte vinden we het heel fijn als je (net als wij) van een opgeruimde omgeving houdt. Je zorgt voor de afvalverwerking behorende bij de logistieke processen, je ruimt oude verpakkingen op en helpt mee de algemene ruimtes netjes te houden door bijvoorbeeld een doek over de koffiemachine te halen of een veger en blik te pakken als nodig. Daarnaast ondersteun je de afvalverwerking van de verschillende afdelingen.
Persoonlijke kenmerken:
Je bent positief ingesteld en een aanpakker. Je houdt van orde en structuur maar kan flexibel zijn indien de situatie dit vraagt.
Functie eisen:
je hebt MBO werk of denk niveau met een lab achtergrond is een pré
je hebt ervaring met MicroSoft Office (Word, Excel)
je hebt ervaring met / kennis van facilitaire zaken
je beheerst de Engelse taal zodanig dat je de boodschap goed kan overbrengen
je herkent jezelf in de woorden zorgvuldig, georganiseerd en collegiaal
je bent woonachtig in de omgeving Groningen
Job Qualifications
