Regulatory Compliance Coordinator
The primary function of this position is to assist in the collection and verification of all required food-safety, organic and compliance documents necessary to maintain Charlie’s role as a leader in food safety and regulatory compliance including maintenance and upkeep of those documents in the company database, DocLink and/ or NetDocs.

The Role
Regulatory Compliance Coordinator
The primary function of this position is to assist in the collection and verification of all required food-safety, organic and compliance documents necessary to maintain Charlie’s role as a leader in food safety and regulatory compliance including maintenance and upkeep of those documents in the company database, DocLink and/ or NetDocs.
Essential Responsibilities Include, And Are Not Limited To
- Engage with our vendor to base for collection and return of Food Safety/Compliance documents.
- Verification of the accuracy and completeness of the collected information
- Upload and review documents in NetDocs database workspaces per vendor and compliance requirements
- Track, review and request new and updated documents prior to current expiration date.
- Collect, request and send documentation to fulfill internal and external requests.
- Assist in the research and collection of information needed to complete all customer requests.
- Proactive in researching and implementing industry standards and requirements.
- Engage with vendors within supply chain and provide excellent customer service and communication regarding regulatory compliance.
- Respond to customer inquiries as needed.
- Other duties that may be assigned by supervisor.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Problem identifier and Problem solver
- Preferably at least 1 year of administrative and/ or customer service experience
- Previous experience in produce and/ or grocery industry a plus
- Excellent phone communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management and team working skills
- Commitment to quality
- Ability to identify and solve problems
