The Charlotte Knights, Triple-A affiliate of the Chicago White Sox, are gearing up for the 2024 season. Since opening Truist Field in the city’s booming Uptown in what has been recognized as the “Best Minor League Ballpark” in the country, the Knights have led Minor League Baseball in attendance four times and are among the leaders in overall revenue generation, creativity, community involvement and the hosting of major events.
We are now seeking a Partnership Services Coordinator to join our Corporate Partnerships Team and fulfill all aspects of assigned accounts. This position supports our Partnership Services Manager and Vice President of Corporate Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manages partnership activation and fulfillment for assigned partner accounts
- Serves as the main point of contact for assigned partner needs including but not limited to static and digital signage, promotions, social media, print, radio, tv and tickets
- Responsible for leading calls and meetings for assigned partners
- Responsible for creating and distributing end of season proof of performances to assigned partners
- Coordinates with ticketing, marketing, game production, promotions and community relations to fulfill assigned contracts
- Assists in preparing proposals, activation deadlines, sales materials and contracts
- Aids the partnership sales team with idea generation and prospecting
- Other duties as assigned by the Partnership Services Manager and Vice President of Corporate Partnerships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, or Business preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant sports partnership experience
- Experience with a professional or collegiate sports team preferred
- Willing to work all games and events as necessary including non-traditional hours such as weekends, nights and holidays
- Strong planning, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage several projects at once
- Willingness to help out other departments as needed (community, promotions, marketing, ticketing)
- Excellent communication skills and high level of professionalism with high-profile clients
- Graphic design skills preferred (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Digideck or other sports proposal experience preferred
