What You’ll Do at Charlotte Veterinary Hospital:
Client Experience & Front Desk Management:
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional presence for clients on the phone and in person.
- Check clients in and out, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth, efficient flow of hospital operations.
- Educate clients on hospital policies, services, and preventive care recommendations.
- Process payments, invoices, and pet insurance claims accurately.
- Manage client communications via phone, email, and text with prompt and friendly responses.
Compassionate Client Support:
- Assist clients with questions, concerns, and emotional situations with empathy and understanding.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the medical team, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Help pet owners feel comfortable, informed, and valued throughout their visit.
- Administrative & Hospital Support
- Maintain organized and accurate client records in our practice management software.
- Support the team with light administrative tasks, such as scanning documents and managing inventory alerts.
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean, stocked, and inviting.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 1 years of experience in customer service (veterinary, medical, or hospitality preferred).
✔ A warm, professional, and client-focused personality.
✔ Strong phone etiquette, communication, and multitasking skills.
✔ Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
✔ A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
