Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our team and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in providing administrative support, coordinating events, and maintaining an organized office environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules and appointments, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Assist with event planning, including logistics, venue selection, and coordination of attendees.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing documents, transcribing notes, and maintaining records.
- Utilize DocuSign for document management and electronic signatures.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required, including managing correspondence and reports.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and reporting when necessary.
Skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy with a strong understanding of office software applications.
- Experience with event planning and coordination is highly desirable.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing and document management.
- Ability to effectively transcribe notes and maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory with bookkeeping experience .
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
