- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event elements are in place
- Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of events
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align events with overall marketing strategies, design, and goals
- Develop event strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales
- Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote events through various channels (social media, email, partnerships, etc.)
- Build relationships with media partners, influencers, and key stakeholders
- Ensure events align with the organization's brand and messaging
- Represent the brand professionally at events and interact with attendees
